A BBC report on the Cadbury announcement stated that "Staff are not embarrassed to ask colleagues to do things differently: 'Don't do it that way' or 'Hey - hold onto the handrail,' might be heard across the factory floor."
Cadbury are not the only company to have reduced accident at work figures this way. Other firms to have used "Deal With It" include ICI, Warburtons, the Duckworth Group and Kerry Bioscience.
