The main symptom of fibromyalgia is a widespread aching pain throughout the muscles of the body and is often accompanied by significant fatigue. Sensitivity to touch and poor sleeping patterns are other common characteristics of the condition, whilst other cognitive disorders and a lack of concentration may also be apparent.
