Motherwell police have called for witnesses to a fatal motorcycle accident to come forward for the purposes of making a report on the incident to the Procurator Fiscal.
The Scottish accident occurred last weekend on the A70 around 1.40pm, near Tarbrax. A Honda motorcycle and a Peugeot car crashed, resulting in the death of the biker at the scene. The woman driving the car is not believed to have suffered any serious personal injury.
Witnesses to the motorcycle accident are asked to call the Road Policing Department on 01698 483 124.
