No win no fee used for marketing firm

A marketing firm has set up a no win no fee payment system for its services in Yorkshire, despite the model being more commonly associated with personal injury lawyers.

Just as compensation claims have a definite result that can govern whether the no win, no fee solicitor can charge for his or her services, the marketing firm will only charge fees where a measured business success has been achieved.

The founder of the firm said, "There are loads of SMEs across this part of the country with ideas and products that have great commercial potential but, because of the economic conditions, they are reluctant to push them. We take the fear out of the equation."

The Yorkshire Post reports that 20 enquiries were received by the no win, no fee marketers in the past month.

No win no fee does not apply to clinical or medical negligence cases. Separate arrangements will be made for the funding of these cases and this will be discussed with you in detail before proceeding with your claim.
