Firm to help couple claim against tour operator

A married couple from Dunstable, a 61-year-old male and a 59-year-old female, are trying to claim holiday injury compensation after a coach accident in Norway left the man suffering multiple injuries.

The accident occurred after the coach driver lost control of his vehicle causing it to spin into a culvert.

However, the question of holiday injury compensation will focus on what happened next, when the couple had to leap from the coach to the safety of some nearby rocks. It was at this point that the man fell, sustaining injuries to his back, ribs, pelvis and kidneys.

He commented, "The first part of the holiday was absolutely fantastic - but nobody wants to talk about the second part. We'd looked forward to it for so long, and it just turned into a holiday from hell."

Soon after returning to the UK the two contacted a firm of personal injury lawyers, who agreed to represent their holiday injury compensation claim. The firm will seek to find the couple's tour operator liable.
