Mesothelioma support film made by action group

A film created for 2007's Action Mesothelioma Day is available on YouTube, and it is a film that strongly puts the human face of this incurable asbestos-related cancer forward.

Lasting only 8 minutes, it shows several sufferers talking calmly about the fatal condition that they have contracted through no fault of their own, or widowed partners remembering how it took a loved one away. Studded with relevant but surprising facts, such as that a sufferer dies every five minutes, it is a video that speaks very strongly of the human cost of this illness.
