"My husband and I decided that we needed to take some time off from work and so we thought it would be a good idea to book a day trip somewhere. After reading an advert in the local newspaper about a coach trip to Bath we thought it would be a great opportunity for a nice and relaxing day break.

The coach went up a verge and hit a tree, causing us all to fall out of our seats, especially as there were no seatbelts. An ambulance arrived at the scene of the road accident and at the hospital it was confirmed that my husband and I had both suffered whiplash.
