Why don't I have to pay?

YouClaim believe everyone should have access to justice regardless of their financial circumstances. Our solicitors work on a Conditional Fee Agreement, or No Win No Fee basis, which means if you win your case, all costs are recovered from the other party and if you lose your case, all your costs are written off.

YouClaim won't ask you to take out a loan to pay for the cost of any insurance policy, and we won't deduct the cost of any premium from your compensation at the end.
