Gardener is awarded 100% compensation for Vibration White Finger claim

The doctor advised the man that there was no cure for the industrial illness and suggested the only way to ease the pain and discomfort that he was experiencing was to stop gardening or at least stop using vibrating tools. So, the gardener just continued with tasks such as weeding, planting and landscaping until the effects of the cold became too much for him and he was forced to give up his job.
