Singer walks again following freak car accident
Former East Seventeen lead singer, Brian Harvey is walking again following a freak car accident which left him in a coma.
The accident happened earlier this year, when he was reversing his car down a narrow road. Feeling the urge to be violently sick Brian opened his car door, inadvertently hitting the accelerator pedal at the same time. His car shot forward onto a busy main road and was hit head on by another vehicle. The impact of the accident ripped the door off, pulling Brian out of the car and throwing him under his vehicle.
Brian sustained a broken pelvis, broken leg, crushed ribs and abdomen. Despite the severity of his personal injuries, which were so severe that he was given a 1 in 50 chance of survival, the singer has battled his way back to recovery and is now walking again for the first time since the car accident.
