I knew then that I was in for the long haul and I thought, if he was [going to be] in a wheelchair or whatever, I was willing to take it on."
Luckily, Jesse made a full recovery and continued to ride motorbikes. Bullock said she was never tempted to ask him to stop riding as she wouldn't ever want to change him. The couple married in July 2005.
